Axel Prime Investment Limited was established to change that narrative. Anchored on 75 acres of secured land in Morulem Town Council, Abim District, the enterprise is building Northern Uganda's most comprehensive integrated agribusiness — combining commercial crop production, livestock, poultry, and agro-processing with a world-class Agricultural Research and Training Centre.

A visionary entrepreneur with deep roots in Abim District, Mr. Okello Patrick founded Axel Prime Investment Limited with an unwavering commitment to transforming Northern Uganda's agricultural landscape. Born and raised in the Acholi sub-region, he has witnessed first-hand the untapped potential of Northern Uganda's land and people.
His leadership philosophy centres on community empowerment, operational excellence, and the conviction that access to capital and modern agricultural knowledge can fundamentally change the trajectory of Northern Uganda's communities. He brings a hands-on approach to enterprise management — personally overseeing farm operations, investor relations, and community engagement.
